Selank

TP-7

Selank is the one for the anxiety you're managing with wine and a full calendar. It modulates GABA, serotonin, and dopamine without the sedation or dependence of benzos — no foggy days, no withdrawal timeline. About 40% of people in trials responded within 1-3 days, the other 60% needed around two weeks. It's a nasal spray, not an injection, which makes the barrier to entry low. The clinical data is surprisingly robust — double-blind, placebo-controlled, HAM-A scores dropping by half — the catch is it's all from Russian institutions with no Western replication yet.

Protocol

Dose: 250-500mcg intranasal or SubQ per day (up to 2700mcg/day intranasal in clinical protocols) | Frequency: 2-3 times daily, intranasal preferred | Cycle: 14 days on, 1-3 weeks off to avoid receptor desensitization | Route: Intranasal (primary), SubQ (alternative)

Reconstitution: If using SubQ: 1mL bacteriostatic water per 5mg vial. Use our free reconstitution calculator for exact syringe units.

Evidence

Emerging evidence — Russian clinical trials in GAD patients showed Hamilton Anxiety scores dropping from 20.3 to 7.0 in rapid responders. Double-blind, placebo-controlled data exists but it's all from Russian institutions — no Western replication yet. No addiction potential detected, which is a genuinely big deal for an anxiolytic.

Approval status: Approved in Russia as nasal spray. Not FDA-approved.
