Adamax

N-Acetyl Semax Amidate

Adamax is the most potent variant of Semax. It is N-Acetyl Semax with an additional amide modification. The acetyl group increases stability and may improve blood-brain barrier penetration. The amide modification extends the duration of action. The result: the same BDNF/dopamine/serotonin mechanism as regular Semax, but reportedly stronger and longer-lasting at lower doses. No clinical trials exist for Adamax specifically. The evidence is extrapolated from the Semax literature and community experience. If regular Semax at 200-600mcg feels too subtle, Adamax at 100-300mcg is the next step.

Adamax Protocol

Dose: 100-300mcg intranasal per session | Frequency: 1-2 times daily, morning only | Cycle: 5 days on, 2 days off, for 2-4 weeks | Route: Intranasal (primary), SubQ (alternative)

Reconstitution: Typically used as nasal spray. For SubQ: 1mL bacteriostatic water per 5mg vial.. Free reconstitution calculator.

Lower doses than regular Semax due to increased potency. Morning only. Even more stimulating than standard Semax. If Semax disrupts your sleep, Adamax will too at lower doses.

Frequently Asked Questions About Adamax

What is Adamax?

Adamax is N-Acetyl Semax Amidate, the most chemically modified and reportedly most potent variant of Semax. It has two modifications: an N-terminal acetyl group (increases stability, may improve BBB penetration) and a C-terminal amide (extends duration of action). The base mechanism is identical to Semax: ACTH(4-10) fragment that upregulates BDNF, dopamine, and serotonin.

Adamax vs Semax: what is the difference?

Same base peptide, different modifications. Regular Semax has only the PGP tail stabilization. N-Acetyl Semax adds an acetyl group for potency. Adamax adds both acetyl and amide for maximum potency and duration. Community reports: Adamax is the strongest variant at the lowest dose. If Semax at 400mcg gives you X, Adamax at 200mcg gives you X+. No head-to-head studies exist.

What is the best Adamax dosage?

100-300mcg intranasal, 1-2 times daily, morning only. Start at 100mcg. Adamax is reportedly 2-3x more potent than regular Semax, so dose accordingly. For a 5mg vial as nasal spray, each spray delivers approximately 100mcg depending on your spray bottle. Cycle 5 days on, 2 off, for 2-4 weeks.

What are the side effects of Adamax?

Same as Semax but potentially stronger at lower doses: headache (15%), sleep disruption (12%) if dosed too late, irritability (10%) at higher doses, nasal irritation (8%). The overstimulation risk is higher than regular Semax. If you feel edgy or anxious, lower the dose or pair with Selank.

Common Adamax Stacks

Often run with: Selank.

Evidence

Early research. Adamax (N-Acetyl Semax Amidate) is a chemically modified version of Semax with an acetyl group and amide modification. These modifications reportedly increase potency, extend duration, and improve stability. No published clinical trials exist for this specific variant. The evidence base is extrapolated from Semax research and community reports.

Approval status: Not approved. No clinical data for this specific variant.
