Agreement

By using vialprep.com or purchasing a Vialprep kit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a kit.

Vialprep is operated by Sharmini Ratnasingham, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vialprep. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.

What we sell

Vialprep sells sterile medical supplies (syringes, bacteriostatic water, alcohol prep pads) and educational materials (printed cards, digital guides, video tutorials). Everything in the kit is a legal, over-the-counter medical supply in Thailand that does not require a prescription.

We do not sell, manufacture, prescribe, or distribute peptides, hormones, or controlled substances. The peptide is a separate matter between you and a licensed clinician.

Service area

Vialprep currently operates in Bangkok, Thailand only. Same-day delivery is available within Bangkok's covered districts for orders placed by 2pm on weekdays.

Product disclaimer

All products and educational materials provided by Vialprep are intended for health optimization purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Vialprep is not your healthcare provider. We do not review your medical history, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific peptides or dosages.
• The dose calculator on /get-started performs arithmetic based on your inputs. It does not validate whether your dose is appropriate for your situation. Consult a licensed clinician before starting any injectable protocol.
• You voluntarily assume all responsibility for the use of supplies purchased from Vialprep, including any health-related effects, adverse reactions, or outcomes.
• Vialprep products are not recommended for pregnant individuals, nursing mothers, or persons under 18 without prior medical consultation.

Assumption of risk

Self-injection of any substance carries inherent risks including but not limited to infection, bruising, allergic reaction, incorrect dosing, and adverse drug interactions. By purchasing and using Vialprep supplies, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Vialprep is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vialprep, its founder, and its agents from any claims arising from misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, or non-disclosure of relevant health information to your healthcare provider.

Pricing and billing

• Monthly refill: ฿1,490/month. Cancel before any renewal by sending a message. No automatic charges after cancellation.
• Starter (6 months): ฿6,540 one-time payment (~฿1,090/month). Includes prep kit and onboarding session.
• Compound offer: ฿1,192/month for 6 months with code COMPOUND20 (20% off regular monthly price).

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; any change applies only to future orders, not existing commitments.

Refund policy

14-day refund

Your most recently delivered kit is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Keep the booklet. Keep the prep kit. No photos, no forms, no questions about why. One message to hello@vialprep.com.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything in your kit arrives wrong, missing, expired, or damaged, we refund the kit and send a replacement. No photos required. One message, one fix.

Same-day delivery guarantee

If you order by 2pm on a weekday within Bangkok's covered districts and we do not deliver by 9pm the same day, the kit is free.

Cancellation

Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time by sending a message. Reply STOP and the next box pauses. No charge, no surprise shipments. Starter plan subscribers receive all 6 kits included in their one-time payment.

Non-refundable

Kits delivered more than 14 days ago are not eligible for refund. The onboarding session included with the Starter plan is non-refundable once completed.

Intellectual property

All content on vialprep.com, including text, design, illustrations, code, educational materials, dose calculator logic, and brand assets, is owned by Vialprep. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The printed cards and digital guides included in your kit are for your personal use only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Vialprep's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent kit.

Vialprep is not liable for:

• Adverse health outcomes from self-injection
• Incorrect use of the dose calculator
• Delays caused by third-party couriers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)
• Loss or damage to peptides you source independently

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Vialprep after changes constitutes acceptance.
